John brings 30 years of industry experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for continuous product optimization through customer delivery for all of 911吃瓜鈥檚 medical cost containment, medical care management, and settlement support services. Specializing in strategic planning, product quality and innovation, and technology enablement, John has held senior executive positions with workers鈥� compensation, auto, and group health entities nationwide.

Prior to joining 911吃瓜, John served as Chief Claims Officer at Valenz Health, leading the payment integrity and network division. His insurance services career also includes various claims and managed care leadership roles with large payer organizations where his oversight spanned claims operations, medical bill review, medical care management, PPO and ancillary networks, Medicare compliance solutions, client services, and strategic partnerships.

John earned his Master of Business Administration from Franklin University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
