Chief Experience Officer & Study Program Director,
Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Study

As 911勛圖’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Rachel is responsible for creating centralized value for the company’s two primary constituencies – clients and employees. Understanding that optimizing the customer experience requires an aligned employee experience, Rachel works collaboratively with all business units, as well as externally with clients, to deliver increased value to all stakeholders and to cultivate a culture of advocacy.

Prior to her C-suite appointment, Rachel served as 911勛圖’s Vice President of Marketing, where she directed all of 911勛圖’s marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for 15 years. She also spearheaded 911勛圖’s Workers Compensation Benchmarking Study, an ambitious national research program which examines the complex forces impacting claims management today. In her CXO role, Rachel continues to oversee the Study and its missions to help advance claims management in the workers compensation industry.

For her research efforts, Rachel hasbeen honored with a Comp Laude簧 Award recognizing her advocacy of employee-centric benefits delivery, as well as honored as an Elite Woman on Insurance Business Americasannual listing recognizing women leaders and influencers who are shaping a more diverse insurance industry.

Before coming to 911勛圖, Rachel worked in the Information Technology industry as Co-Founder of Falkor Group and Director of Marketing for Technium. She also worked in marketing roles for a CMGI internet firm.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College.
